Dr. Shunsuke Fukami, Assistant Professor of Center for Innovative Integrated Electronic Systems, Tohoku University, received the Young Scientist Oral Presentation Award of the 2014 Spring Meeting of the Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP). This award is designed to recognize young JSAP members, who give the most outstanding oral presentation of research that represents a valuable contribution to the field of applied physics during Spring and Autumn Meeting.

Dr. Shunsuke Fukami, Assistant Professor of Center for Innovative Integrated Electronic Systems, Tohoku University, received the 2013 Funai Research Incentive Award because of his research on “research and development of current-induced magnetic domain wall motion device for high-speed and low-power integrated circuits.”
This award is given to researchers who are recognized to make distinguished achievements on information science and technology.
